We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrical Technician to ensure proper safeguarding of all electrical devices and components throughout our entire Beaumont facility.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Electrical Technician will assist in the purchase, installation and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.  

• Assess and perform trouble shooting to repair/replace fans, motors, belts, fixtures, appliances, clocks, garage door openers, doorbells, etc.
• Install/repair/reset pull cords, smoke detectors, audio visual equipment
• Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of Beaumont facilities and equipment
• Requires maintenance on-call rotation
• Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and with applicable federal, state, and local codes,regulations, and requirements
• Construct, rebuild and repair equipment and facilities including various wood and metal structures, equipment and furniture; prepare surfaces for painting/varnishing and apply surface coverings as required
• Purchase tools, equipment, and materials, operate light trucks to pick up and deliver equipment and supplies
• Repair and maintain plumbing

Qualifications

• Electrical Certification
• 3 - 5 years experience .....
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Proof of ability to work in United States
