The PT Security Access Screener will be responsible for providing indoor pre-entry screening services for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors needing access to Beaumont. Shifts are 7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm.

This position will utilize pre-approved processes requiring verbal, visual, and computer skills to ensure compliance with Beaumont’s pre-entry processes and delivers high quality customer service within Beaumont policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains thorough familiarity and consistency with Employee / Visitor Screening Processes as outlined in Beaumont’s procedures following all CDC and DOH regulations and is able to communicate these policies.

Maintains awareness of all changes in the thermal system components and company policy.

Continuously maintains the level and type of certification(s) consistent with performing tasks in the system to which assigned.

Complies with all Federal, state and company requirements.

Communicates verbally with staff, residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors as required to complete screening processes.

Completes all appropriate documentation as outlined in company procedures and as applicable to assignments.

Reports all problems and unusual occurrences immediately to the Front Desk.

Attends/complies with all mandatory in-service training.

Maintains a cooperative working relationship with staff, residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors.

Appropriately uses medical equipment such as an infrared thermometer.

Adheres to all company policies and procedures including all information systems security policies.

Performs other duties as assigned.
